Opportunity for development
All five properties located in the area are fully connected to utilities and are connected to district heating. The largest, imposing multi-story building, with a floor area of nearly 2,000 m², previously served a clinical function; it has a segmented layout and can be partially reconfigured internally. The second-largest "C" building, with a floor area of 467 m², is divided between the ground floor and first floor; it previously served a supplementary function, and its multiple separate entrances and compartmentalized layout make it suitable for developing multiple functions.
The remaining three buildings have floor areas of 443, 323, and 202 square meters, respectively; all three are single-story structures that previously served auxiliary functions.
