A Baranya Vármegyei Fejlesztési Ügynökség Nkft. területi partnerként vesz részt a 2025.08.01–2029.03.31. között futó „B Light 2 – Fostering cross-border business cooperation of SMEs operating on different sides of the Hungary-Croatia border” Interreg VI-A Magyarország–Horvátország programban.
A projekt célja röviden, hogy a magyar–horvát határ mentén működő kis- és középvállalkozások erősebbek és versenyképesebbek legyenek. Ezt úgy segíti, hogy ösztönzi a cégek közötti együttműködést, támogatja az új termékek és szolgáltatások fejlesztését, és könnyebbé teszi a közös, határon átnyúló piacra lépést. A program összességében a fenntartható növekedést, a versenyképességet és végső soron a munkahelyteremtést szolgálja a térségben.
KKV-k közötti együttműködés és kereskedelem ösztönzése. A Business Action olyan határon átnyúló üzleti együttműködési projekt, amelyben két (vagy több) magyar–horvát KKV kapcsolatot épít és közös piaci tevékenységet indít, hogy növelje eladásait és versenyképességét. A fókusz az üzleti együttműködésen és a kereskedelem élénkítésén van – nem feltétlenül új technológia fejlesztésén, hanem azon, hogy a cégek együtt könnyebben lépjenek piacra (pl. közös ajánlat, csomagolt szolgáltatás, beszállítói kapcsolat, közös értékesítés).
KKV-k és K+F szervezetek közös termék-, szolgáltatás- vagy technológiafejlesztése. Az Innovation Action olyan határon átnyúló innovációs projekt, amelyben magyar és horvát KKV-k K+F/innovációs szervezetekkel együtt új vagy továbbfejlesztett termékeket, szolgáltatásokat vagy technológiákat dolgoznak ki és vezetnek be. A hangsúly a közös fejlesztésen és annak üzleti hasznosításán van.
A tervezett (Light) támogatások „de minimis” jogcímen, legfeljebb 80% támogatási intenzitással valósulnak meg az elszámolható költségekre.
The primary beneficiaries are SMEs operating in the Hungarian-Croatian border region, as well as business support organizations and R&D institutions that collaborate with them. (The detailed eligibility criteria and the final list of beneficiaries will be confirmed in the official call for proposals.)
Under the Light projects, the following activities, among others, are eligible for funding: human resources requirements for joint development projects; activities supporting entry into international markets (market research, trade fairs, marketing); product and service development; training courses/seminars; involvement of R&D organizations; and project management. (The final list of cost types/reimbursement methods will be specified in the call for proposals.)
The submission of Light grant applications will begin when the official call for proposals is published.

The Baranya County Development Agency Ltd. provides information and consulting services to businesses in Baranya County, assists with partner matching and grant application preparation, supports project implementation and financial reporting, and organizes promotional, B2B, and knowledge-sharing events. It also participates in administrative and eligibility assessments as well as project management.
The program aims to support a total of 48 SMEs, involve 56 organizations, foster long-term partnerships, and promote extensive cross-border networking, covering 11 counties.
