The industrial park is located on the western outskirts of Pécs, within the administrative boundaries of the municipalities of Bicsérd, Kővágószőlős, and Kővágótöttös.
Of the industrial park’s total gross area of 600 hectares, 410 hectares will be developed into industrial land, enabling the construction of more than 2,000,000 square meters of industrial facilities. In
connection with this, a 60-hectare regional logistics park and other complementary logistics services will be established.
The industrial park is designed to accommodate investments ranging from 50 to 410 hectares; therefore, its initial structure will be developed for areas of approximately 100 hectares in the first phase, but this can be reconfigured according to future needs, ensuring that all areas are directly accessible via private roads through the logistics park’s internal road network.
