The industrial park is located right next to the M60 highway and the Pogány Airport. It currently has 109 hectares of available land. The minimum plot size is 0.25 hectares, the buildability is 50%, and the maximum building height can reach 15 meters.
In the near future, significant infrastructure development will take place in the Southern Industrial Park with EU funding, thereby ensuring that a wider range of needs can be met.
