In the first phase, a universal production hall with a floor area of 1,660 square meters was constructed, complete with the necessary support facilities, and it can be further expanded in subsequent phases. The building is heated using geothermal energy.
The second phase will involve expanding the industrial park by 29 hectares and developing the basic infrastructure (water, sewer, gas, electricity, fiber-optic, and road networks). The public procurement process is currently underway.
The municipality aims to create an attractive, investor-friendly
business environment for companies.
The total grant for the project amounts to 800 million HUF, which is being implemented with EU and domestic co-financing under the Széchenyi Plan Plus program.
The official opening ceremony for the production hall will take place on Thursday, June 12.
